After a year, he pursued his passion by establishing his own gardening and design business in Hampshire. With extensive training in chainsaw maintenance and cross-cutting from Sparsholt College, as well as a Diploma in garden design with distinction, Ryan has become a seasoned plantsman. With over 20 years of successful trading, he offers clients expert advice on planting schemes and landscape designs to maintain year-round interest. Leveraging his graphic design background, Ryan creatively designs innovative garden projects. Supported by a dedicated team with strong horticultural knowledge, they ensure exceptional garden maintenance and service delivery.

Alongside his role as Assistant Manager, Curtis also manages equipment maintenance and repairs for Oaktree.

Curtis holds multiple industry relevant diploma's, including Land Based Operation, and Forestry & Arboriculture; meaning he has qualifications in Chainsaw cross cut, Large and Small fell, Chainsaw pole primer, Manually fed wood chipper, Stump grinders, Bush cutting operations, Tractor driving and maintenance (with trailer) and 14 years of chainsaw handling experience with an extensive knowledge of heavy kit operations including diggers and dumpers.
Curtis has worked in landscaping for 12 years, 4 of which were spent running his own business.

In 2019, Dominic transitioned from teaching to join Oak Tree Landscapes, where he pursued his passion for gardening after working as a gardener during school holidays. With a keen interest in plants and vegetable cultivation, Dominic brings a well-developed horticultural skill set to his role, focusing on all aspects of garden maintenance.

Her passion for nature, wildlife, and gardening led her to the Oak Tree team, where she applies great attention to detail and care in her work. Kanako is keen to further develop her horticultural skills and deepen her knowledge of the diverse plant animal species encountered by the team.
Horticulture Apprentice
Freddy joined us in October 2023 as an apprentice, having worked previously as a gardener in the school holidays. He loves working outdoors and looks forward to expanding his knowledge into all areas of landscaping and horticulture.
